Single-ply membrane roofing — TPO and EPDM systems for flat and low-slope commercial buildings.
A low-slope roof does not shed water the way a pitched roof does — it holds it briefly and relies entirely on a continuous, correctly terminated membrane. Every seam, every pipe penetration, every parapet edge is a place where that continuity can be broken.
We install and repair the two dominant single-ply systems, TPO and EPDM, and we assess an existing flat roof honestly: sometimes the answer is a full tear-off, and sometimes it is a restoration coating that buys ten more years for a fraction of the cost.
Flat roofs also hide storm damage exceptionally well. Hail can fracture a membrane or crush the insulation beneath it without producing a single drip for a year or more — which is why we photograph and probe rather than glance from the parapet.

What warranty comes with a new GAF roof?
Two layers of protection:
- Materials: GAF shingles carry a Lifetime limited warranty on the shingles themselves when installed as part of a qualifying system.
- Workmanship: Because we're a GAF Master Elite contractor, we can register enhanced system warranties up to the Golden Pledge® Warranty — which includes up to 25 years of workmanship coverage inspected and backed by GAF directly.
That second layer is the one most homeowners never get. A typical contractor's "workmanship warranty" is only as good as the company behind it; a Golden Pledge is honored by GAF even if the installing contractor is gone. We register every eligible warranty and hand you the paperwork before we're done.
Metal roof vs. architectural shingles — which is better?
Both are excellent when installed right; they solve different problems.
Architectural shingles (like GAF Timberline HDZ) cost roughly half as much installed, look right on most Middle Tennessee homes, install in a day, and carry outstanding warranties. For most homeowners, they're the sweet spot.
Standing-seam metal costs significantly more up front but lasts 40–60 years, sheds storms beautifully, and can lower cooling bills. It makes the most sense if this is your forever home, or on farmhouse/modern styles where the look is the point.
We install both, so you'll get a straight comparison for your specific house instead of a pitch for whatever we happen to sell.
What does GAF Master Elite President's Club actually mean?
GAF Master Elite is the top certification tier from GAF, North America's largest shingle manufacturer. To hold it, a contractor must be properly licensed and insured, have a proven reputation, and pass ongoing training — roughly the top 2–3% of roofing contractors qualify.
President's Club sits above even that: it recognizes Master Elite contractors with the highest standards of installation quality, customer protection, and volume. Only a fraction of Master Elite contractors earn it.
