Not every problem means a full replacement. We’ll give you an honest assessment and help you understand the best path forward — no pressure.
Repair the damaged section
Cracked, loose or hail-dented boards can often be matched and replaced without redoing the whole wall.
Re-side the whole house
Fading, warping or moisture behind the boards means it’s time for a new system — fiber cement or vinyl.
Storm or insurance damage
Hail and wind damage to siding is often covered. We document it and work with your adjuster.
Soffit is the panelled underside of your roof overhang. Its job is structural in appearance and functional in fact: vented soffit is the intake half of your attic ventilation.
Why it matters more than it looks. A ridge vent with blocked or unvented soffit cannot pull air properly, so the attic superheats in summer and traps moisture in winter — shortening shingle life and rotting decking from below.
What goes wrong. Insulation stuffed into the eaves during an energy upgrade, soffit vents painted shut, storm damage tearing panels loose, and — very commonly — squirrels, birds, and wasps exploiting a small gap and nesting in the attic.
We replace damaged soffit in vinyl or aluminium, restore proper venting, install baffles where insulation is choking the intake, and seal the entry points that wildlife has been using.
