Commercial exteriors take abuse that residential siding never sees — delivery traffic, equipment, and large uninterrupted elevations that catch wind and hail with nothing to break them up.

What we install and repair. Metal wall panel systems, fiber cement on mixed-use and retail façades, and targeted repair of storm-damaged cladding. On metal panel buildings we handle panel replacement, trim and closure work, and the sealant joints that keep large elevations watertight.

Storm damage on commercial elevations is routinely under-scoped in insurance claims because adjusters focus on the roof. Dented panels, damaged trim, torn flashing, and impact marks on soft metals all belong in the claim, and we document every elevation as a matter of course.

We coordinate cladding work with roofing so a single mobilization handles both — meaningfully cheaper than separate projects, and far less disruptive to whatever your building is doing for a living.

What commercial roofing systems do you install?

As a GAF Gold Elite Commercial Contractor we install and service the systems that cover most Middle Tennessee commercial buildings:

  • TPO single-ply membrane — the workhorse for flat and low-slope roofs; reflective, weldable, cost-effective
  • Modified bitumen — multi-ply protection for roofs that take foot traffic
  • Commercial shingle and metal systems for pitched-roof businesses, churches, and multifamily buildings
  • Roof coatings and restorations that can add 10–15 years to an aging flat roof for a fraction of replacement cost

We work around your business hours, handle manufacturer warranties, and give facility owners a straight answer on repair-vs-restore-vs-replace.

Metal roof vs. architectural shingles — which is better?

Both are excellent when installed right; they solve different problems.

Architectural shingles (like GAF Timberline HDZ) cost roughly half as much installed, look right on most Middle Tennessee homes, install in a day, and carry outstanding warranties. For most homeowners, they're the sweet spot.

Standing-seam metal costs significantly more up front but lasts 40–60 years, sheds storms beautifully, and can lower cooling bills. It makes the most sense if this is your forever home, or on farmhouse/modern styles where the look is the point.

We install both, so you'll get a straight comparison for your specific house instead of a pitch for whatever we happen to sell.
