Conyer Roofing & Exteriors, LLC (“Conyer,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you request an inspection, quote, financing information or a callback, or send us a message, we collect what you enter — typically your name, phone number, email address, property address or city, and details about your project. We use it only to respond to you, schedule and perform work you ask for, and keep records of our conversation.
Information stored in your browser
- Your project selections. The choices you make in our planning guide and the items you save are kept in your own browser’s local storage so the site can show them back to you. They are not sent to us unless you choose to send your summary through a form.
- Preferences. A small cookie may remember a display preference. We do not use it to track you.
Questions you ask
Questions typed into “Ask Conyer” search our published guides and FAQs. If you use the assistant, your question is processed by an AI service to produce an answer; please don’t include sensitive personal information.
How we share information
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business and this website (for example hosting, email delivery and our customer-management system), and only as needed to serve you, or when required by law. If you pursue an insurance claim with our help, we share information with your insurer only at your direction.
Keeping information secure
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can clear your saved project at any time from the Your Project panel or by clearing your browser’s site data. To see, correct or delete the information you have sent us, call (615) 802-1032 or email office@conyerroofing.com.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows when it last changed.
