Certifications that are hard to get and easy to lose.

GAF Master Elite® President's Club. Master Elite status is held by a small percentage of roofing contractors in North America; GAF requires proper licensing, insurance, and a sustained record of quality installation and customer satisfaction. President's Club is the tier above that, awarded on performance. It is reviewed continuously — it can be lost.

GAF Gold Elite Commercial. The commercial equivalent, covering low-slope and membrane systems on churches, schools, warehouses, and retail property.

Why it matters to you, concretely. Certification is what lets us register enhanced manufacturer warranties — including workmanship coverage backed by GAF rather than only by us. A contractor without this status cannot offer that, regardless of what their brochure says.

We are licensed, bonded, and carry full general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Ask any contractor for current certificates. We will hand ours over without being asked twice.
