What we did
Spring hail left this Fairvue-area roof with bruising across three slopes and dented soft metals throughout. We documented 40+ impacts, met the adjuster on the roof, and secured full replacement approval including code-required drip edge and valley protection.
Tear-off to the deck, two sheets of decking renewed, and a complete GAF system installed in a single day — WeatherWatch in the valleys, synthetic underlayment, Timberline HDZ in Charcoal with matching ridge caps, and new ventilation.
