The Project

What we did

A December wind event opened a section of this steep roof near the Springfield square. We tarped it that night — properly anchored, not brick-and-hope — and the tarp held through two more storms while the claim processed.

The restoration handled the steep-slope work this house demanded: full protection in the long valleys, precise flashing around the original chimney, and a finished roofline that suits a home this close to the historic district.
