What we did
A Portland retail building's aging modified-bitumen roof had reached patch-fatigue. As a GAF Gold Elite Commercial contractor, we specified a 60-mil EverGuard TPO system over new polyiso insulation — brighter, cooler, and warrantied for decades.
Work was staged across a weekend with zero business-hours disruption: Friday-night prep, full membrane install and welded seams Saturday and Sunday, penetrations flashed and inspected before Monday opening.
